Coloksgp Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules & Policy

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and coloksgp ("Platform", "We", or "Company"). This document governs your use of the coloksgp website, mobile application, and all related services provided by our platform.

One Account Per Individual: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account at coloksgp. Owning multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and coloksgp account login details. coloksgp will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding such information.

Security measures to be practised by every coloksgp member:

• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not share your password with anyone, including coloksgp support staff – we will never ask for your password through any channel.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device or public Wi-Fi network.

Account Closure by Member: You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the coloksgp support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be met and any eligible withdrawals will be processed according to standard procedures.

Account Closure by coloksgp: In cases where coloksgp closes your account due to a terms violation, we reserve the right to:

• Forfeiting all bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements.
• Withholding payment until the investigation is completed.
• Reporting suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

If an account is closed without valid cause on our part, any legitimate cash balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via the original payment method within 14 business days.
